Overview

A campaign for Analog, Burton's iconic streetwear sub-brand originally founded in the early 2000s by Greg Dacyshyn, the late Jeff Anderson, and photographer Dean Blotto Gray. Known for boundary-pushing collaborations with designers including Errolson Hugh and ACRONYM's Michaela Sachenbacher, Analog became synonymous with a specific kind of outerwear intelligence before fading after Burton's 2010 restructuring. Revived in 2021 under Adrian Margelist, the brand returned with a sharper identity — luxury streetwear rooted in authentic snow culture. For FW24, we took the collection to Helsinki — three decades of street snowboarding history compressed into a city whose brutalist architecture and urban structures feel purpose-built for the discipline. The locations were places we'd grown up watching in early skate and snowboarding films. The approach matched the setting: handheld RED footage combined with 16mm motion picture film, projection mapping, motion blur, and natural light — raw, immersive, and deliberately unglamourized. The campaign launched across Burton's homepage, social channels, and over 45 flagship stores worldwide. The collection sold out on launch day.
